• Facilitate the accreditation of foreign principals with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA);

• Canvassing, pooling, screening and short-listing of qualified Filipino candidates vis-à-vis the employers requirements and qualifications;

• Briefing of candidates / applicants respecting policies and the procedures involved in their respective countries of destinations;

• Pre-qualification and assessment of skills, which includes skills testing and / or upgrading, which must be properly certificated by the authorized private or government bodies;

• Documentation and processing of selected candidates which include: medical examination; background or character investigation; testing and skills upgrading as required; visa stamping; POEA-OEC processing, tickets purchase; in-house pre-departure briefing; and deployment;

• Free legal assistance to both workers and employers and acts as the intermediary between them; and

• Monitors the welfare of the workers as well as the interests of its employers on-site through its duly appointed agent in the country of employment.
